Peter Sant is a Surveyor Engineer, the Founder and the Administrator of “Your Project”. He graduated from the National Technical University of Athens obtaining a Degree in Rural and Surveyor Engineering with a Master on Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a chartered member of TEE since 1998. He is also certified by the International Project Management Association IPMA® on Level C and qualified as a Real Estate and Property Appraiser. He is obsessed with accuracy and quality performance on projects. Hard worker, always aiming high and a managerial mind, which makes him a key player for success.
Thanos Bahlavas is the Senior Structural Engineer of “Your Project”. He obtained his Degree of Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a chartered member of TEE since 1992. He was the key player and the contractor of large scale reinforced concrete projects such as Acropolis Museum, Athens and Mc Arthur Glen Mall, Spata – Athens.
Ioanna Kalafata is an Architect Engineer. She has graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University “The University of Greenwich” ‐ London (1996‐2002) and she obtained a Degree and a Diploma in Architecture (1996‐2002). She is a chartered member of TEE since 2003. She is also a qualified IPMA on level D ‐ “Advanced Project Management ‐ Professional Education”, National Kapodistrian University of Athens (2020‐2021). She had a vital role in realizing Samba Coffee Roasters new building at Ano Liosia ‐ Athens (2011), in terms of Designing, Constructing, and Project Management. In 2022, she started attending Executive MBA at the University of Bolton, UK.
Mara Athanasopoulos is a pro bono partner who adds value to the Team integrating Knowledge with experience and hard work. Strong ethic personality sets out the basis for all projects. Holds a Degree on Civil Engineering along with a Master on Engineering, a Master on Bioclimatic Architecture and a MSc on Environmental Crisis Management. Expert on Legal issues regarding Public and Private Works, certified Inspector of Public Works by the Greek Government. She is also a certified Project Manager by the International Project Management Association IPMA® on Level D.
Panagiotis Bolosis is a Senior Surveyor Engineer. He graduated from the National Technical University of Athens obtaining a Diploma in Rural and Surveyor Engineering with a Master on Engineering
Expert in Land Survey and Site Survey with a big portfolio on site survey management in Greece and abroad. He is a chartered member of TEE since 2000.
Despoina Bampourda is a Surveyor Engineer. She has obtained her Degee in Rural and Surveying Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (2005‐2010). In 2012, she received a Postgraduate Diploma in “Maritime and Marine Technology and Science”, National Technical University of Athens / 2010‐2012. She is a qualified IPMA on level D ‐ “Advanced Project Management ‐ Professional Education”, National Kapodistrian University of Athens (2020‐2021). She is a chartered member of TEE since 2013.
Vicky Sant is a Civil Engineer graduating from the National Technical University of Athens. She follows a Hydraulic path in Engineering and aims to a MSc in Oceanography.
